Welcome to FIT4MOM.

FIT4MOM is the country's largest fitness program for moms offering pre and post-natal fitness classes for every stage of motherhood. Our Northern Westchester location schedule is primarily Body Back classes which are mom only bootcamp style, high intensity interval training classes. There are a few different ways to enroll in these classes.

- 8 week Body Back sessions for when you are ready to commit to a change. It's two classes per week. $399 and includes a trial class before the full session starts

- **NEW** Pack of 10 classes to be used within 3 months from the date of purchase in our Body Back Boost or Cardio Barre classes. This pass can be used in any of the Northern Westchester Body Back Boost locations and times. New Participants Pre-registration required. Enroll anytime for these, no need to wait for a new session. $230 ($23/class)

- **NEW** Single drop in class to get you back on track. New Participants Pre-registration required. Enroll anytime for these. $25

  • Tuesdays 5:45am - 6:45am and Saturdays 6:30am - 7:30am at Cyrus Russell.
